Multi-Purpose Room

The Multi-Purpose Room is 108 feet x 82 feet, or 8,856 sq. ft. of usable floor space. There are 4 large, individual commercial HVAC units for heating and air conditioning.

All renters have the option of rectangular or round banquet tables and folding chairs for event use at no extra charge. We have approximately 100 2.5×8 folding tables, 41 5-foot round folding tables, and 600 folding chairs. You also have use of eight 4x8x2ft stage sections, steps with railing, and black skirting to setup as you choose.

The multipurpose room has two regulation-size basketball courts available for the youth of the community to use on a regular basis in the summer, and after school. Adult walkers and line dancers use the multipurpose room throughout the year.

  • General seating capacity for a dinner has been as much as 600 people,
  • Smoking is prohibited inside of the Community Center.

  • Damage Deposit (additional charge) $150.
    • This charge applies to ALL rentals for ALL rooms. If the premises and equipment are not damaged in any way and all building rules followed, the deposit will be refunded.
  • Main Room Rental (seats 600+)
    • Option #1: Multiple day event $850. This entitles the user to have access to building starting Friday morning (8AM) to Sunday (2AM) Professional cleaning fee is included in cost. All event decorations must be removed and trash placed in dumpster at end of event in order for cleaning crew to start.
    • Option #1A: Additional Time $100. The renter has the option to request an early entry to building on Thursday evening after 6PM for an additional charge. Request for time extension depends on building availability at time of request,.
    • Option #2: Single day event $500. This entitles user to have access to building day of event only. Professional cleaning fee is included in cost. All event decorations must be removed and trash placed in dumpster at end of event in order for cleaning crew to start.
    • Option #3: Single day event/Non-profit $450. This entitles user to have access to building day of event only. Professional cleaning fee is included in cost. All event decorations must be removed and trash placed in dumpster at end of event in order for cleaning crew to start.
    • Option #4: Single day event/Community Service* $100. Hardship Benefit or Charity Event is included in this option. Professional cleaning fee is not included in cost. All event decorations must be removed and trash placed in dumpster at end of event. Tables and chairs will need to be put up by renter. Event subject to limited hours – event maximum 6 hrs. Access only during that time for setup.
  • *Non-profit defined as money making event for any organization regardless of tax classification and Community Service defined as church or public service event.
