Conference Room

Group meetings, small family reunions, birthday parties, or corporate meetings can make use of the conference room space as a small gathering area.

The conference room comes complete with counter space, a sink, tables, and chairs for whatever small event you have planned.

All renters have the option of rectangular or round banquet tables and folding chairs for their event use at no extra charge. General seating capacity is 60. Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the Community Center.

  • Damage Deposit (additional charge) $150.
    • This charge applies to ALL rentals for ALL rooms. If the premises and equipment are not damaged in any way and all building rules followed, the deposit will be refunded.
  • Small Conference/Meeting Room (seats 50-60) – $50
    • This entitles user to access the small meeting room for their single day event. Non-profit/Service organizations and clubs may use the room at no cost if no paying event is booked at same time. Room clean up is renter’s responsibility. Trash must be placed in dumpster.
